WPTools includes powerful support for TBX, the ToolBar2000 Extension. Of course this can be adapted to support other toolbar controls, too. Most of it has been done with standard TAction classes.
The registered version of WPTools 5 includes a demo which uses this TAction objects. It is a powerful editor which looks very similar to one of the "big word processor applications".
